This beautiful villa in the southeast of Cape Coral offers you on 1238 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms space for 6 people.
Villa was completely renovated and modernized in 2022. The furnishings is completely new and the entire villa is bright, modern and contemporary. The lanai and the pool area invite you to relax. The view of the heated pool and the green surroundings including palm trees always gives you that vacation feeling at any time. Of course you can use the beautiful, partly fenced garden. Privacy and pure relaxation.

The covered dining area with gas grill gives you the opportunity to spend cozy BBQ evenings outdoors.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds (twin size). Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV.

The living area is open plan. This consists of a cozy TV corner with a large couch and the dining area, which borders the open kitchen. There is space for the whole family at the dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped including a counter, perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack in between.

Beach chairs, cool box, beach umbrella & beach towels are provided.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
