Located in Southeast Cape Coral This tastefully furnished 3 Bedroom Home accommodates up to 6 Guests comfortably. The Primary Bedroom offers a comfortable King Size Bed, Private On-Suite and large “Walk-In” closet. The Guest Bedroom provides a charming Queen Size Bed while the other, 2 Single Beds. The Guest Bathroom is also accessible from Pool area and doubles as a Change Room.

The Living Room offers open concept living with Vaulted Ceiling that opens to the Patio (Lanai) and Pool area. The large Lanai area overlooks the Pool and Canal and provides for an attractive yet comfortable outdoor living space. This home also offers a spacious and fully equipped Kitchen which is easily accessed from all areas.

Flat Screen LED Televisions can be found in the Living Room, Primary and Guest Bedrooms. Phones are conveniently located throughout the home as well as having a Secure Wireless Internet Connection. The 2 car garage provides ample parking.

This house was very nice. It could use some updated- furniture in the living room, the towels were well used, some kitchen towels did have stains. The pool area had a lot of spider webs. :-) One thing I'd like to mention - the gutter in front of the house is leaking.

This place is great

Very nice property. The pool was warmed with solar and electrical heat. The house was.stocked with everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The host is very nice. We would definitely return to this property.

Great Stay

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is a bit older but furnitures are very comfortable and the house was absolutely clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Great place for a family vacation

Everything was as described. Pool gets nice and warm on sunny days due to solar heating. We loved our stay here.

Stay was comfortable and fun!

The stay was wonderful. The house was clean and well furnished with everything needed. The one star I removed on the check in process was because despite me telling the property manager when I’d be at the house, they did not schedule a check in meeting with me which was part of the contract for the stay. The checkout meeting was easy and well scheduled.

Everything was great from arrival to departure. The house has many things supplied that others don’t think of providing. This will be our place to stay on future visits.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. Love the location. Close to any shop or restaurant you could need and 2 miles, 5 minutes from my son’s house. We already have it booked for next year.

Very comfortable

The place was clean and very comfortable. I loved all of the elbow room in the shower. The kids loved the pool and the fact that there are no bugs due to the screen was great.

Great home! Great location.

Every amenity you could possibly want. Great appliances, comfortable furniture. Pool area was very nice and loved the huge tile shower. Master bed made me feel like I was right at home. Enjoyed the canal view and trips in our small boat down the canals and into the river. Even saw a manatee! Owner Tony and property manager Sylvia were easy to work with and very responsive,

Great stay

My family spent Christmas break in Florida for sunshine and relaxing. Thia Villa provide exactly what we were looking for.We were able to enjoy the pool most days and the house was exactly as described. Sylvia and Tony were both easy to communicate with. If I had to give constructive feedback back I would suggest perhaps having the pool heat on upon arrival so that guest don't lose a day of pool time ( wasn't that big of a deal for us but worth noting) also the 2nd & 3rd bedroom beds are a bit hard which might not appeal to many.. I might suggest having a mattress topper available if necessary for those needing a more comfortable sleep. Again not a big deal for us as we did enjoy our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice location but needs upkeep.

We frequent the Cape Coral area and this house was not one of our favorites. The property manager was difficult to work with and even made negative comments regarding our children. When we arrived, the pool area was unusable due to massive amounts of spider webs hanging all over the lanai. We had to remove these ourselves. The pool heater was also still on, despite the property manager assuring us it wasn’t. The water temperature must have been over 100 degrees and our kids couldn’t use it. The pool deck also doesn’t have a drain, leaving water build up and making it very slippery/hazardous. The lanai roof leaks directly over the grill. The kitchen towels and pans are limited. The bathroom washcloths are very limited. The mater bed is incredibly uncomfortable and we often couldn’t even sleep on it. The master bath fan is incredibly loud. The next door neighbors have 4-6 dogs that bark incessantly at all times of the day. They also appear to have DJ equipment and blare music. At the end of the day, we enjoyed our family time there as best as we could. We still ended up stuck with an electricity charge. Despite the excessive heat warning, we operated the AC according to guidelines and even above. We rarely were inside during the day to use lights, etc. This being an older, less efficient home, I highly doubt it can sit idle for the amount of electricity allowed per day.

Great house

Loved our stay at Villa Carina. The house was plenty big for the two of us and really enjoyed the solar heated pool. The home was close to shopping and restaurants and we enjoyed being on a canal. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again if the home was available.

Eine sehr tolle Villa für einen Urlaub

Diese Villa in Cape Coral ist ein wirklich guter Ort zum ausruhen und chillen. Genauso so gut zum dhoppen da alles eas man benötigt auch in der Nähe sind genauso wie die Outlets. Die Fotos hier geben alles genauso wieder wie es ist. Der Pool ist auch super und durch die Solarheizung immer gut warm. Meine Familie und ich waren wirklich sehr froh das wir diese Villa für den Urlaub gebucht haben.

Die Villa Carina ist ein Urlaub wert!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Fotos zeigen die Einrichtung. Der Pool war sehr warm und sauber. In den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Auch die Klimaanlage war vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche hat alles was zum kochen und grillen braucht. Es gab einen überraschenden Willkommenswein über den wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Auch die Aufmachung der Handtücher waren wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt! Wir können nur positiv über die Villa Carina sprechen und wünschen jedem dort einen schönen Urlaub!

Great Location!

The location of this property was close to shopping and the bridge to Fort Myers. The access to the canal was really nice as well. The twin beds in one bedroom were a little uncomfortable and there weren't many washcloths or hand towels. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay. You can't give half stars in the rating but I would really give this 4.5 stars.

Great Location.

The property was just as advertised. This will b my first choice if available. Plenty of supplies, pool toys, bikes beach chairs & coolers. Very quiet. No storm damage as far as I could tell. Didn’t do any boating this trip but the Canal looked good.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Tony’s home. Everything was clean and ready for us. The unit is nicely appointed; the pool was wonderful and communication with the manager went smoothly. Everything was as we had hoped. Our son lives in the area and after Hurricane Ian we wanted to help him complete his repairs while still enjoying the lovely sunshine, sunset views, kayaking, and outdoor eateries this area has to offer. We would love staying in Tony’s home again on a future visit.
