The flat is on a second floor (with lift) and from the balcony you look directly to the pool and tennis court. The flat belongs to a nice community with 1 large communal pool, lawn and palm trees. The flat itself has a living-dining room, a closed kitchen fully equipped with laundry room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom in suite, a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Central air conditioning cold / hot. The beautiful terrace offers space for table and chairs to enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner. A Dolce Gusto coffee machine is also provided. For your car there is a fixed reserved parking space available in the community.

On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same and the same on the day of your departure.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
