The Space:

Six days at a theme park leave you buzzing - but the magic really starts when you pull into the driveway of a home that feels like part of the experience. Set within Windsor Hills Resort, this 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat gives twelve guests room to spread out, recharge, and gather - whether that's around a private pool, a foosball table, or a dining table piled with takeout after a full day at the parks.

 

Living space

The main floor opens into a generous living room built for settling in. A separate TV lounge gives another group a place to decompress, so no one's fighting over the remote. The living and dining areas flow easily into each other, and the fully equipped kitchen means that breakfast before a park day - or a late-night snack run - is entirely on your terms.

 

Game room

When the parks can wait, the dedicated game room steps up. A pool table, foosball, and a Nintendo setup keep kids and adults entertained well into the evening.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the layout balances adult comfort with plenty of room for younger guests. The primary king suite has its own ensuite bathroom. Two additional king bedrooms offer solid privacy, and a second king suite with an ensuite provides flexibility for larger family configurations. The Frozen and Mickey-themed rooms bring twin beds and a little extra excitement for the kids, with a shared bathroom connecting them.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is stocked to handle real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a hot water kettle. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, and barbecue utensils mean you're covered whether you're grilling on the patio or preparing a full meal inside.

 

Outdoors

The private pool is the centerpiece outside. A hot tub adds a welcome counterpoint after a long day on your feet. Fire up the BBQ grill on warmer evenings, and note that beach essentials - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - are also on hand for day trips.

 

Resort amenities

As part of Windsor Hills Resort, you'll have access to a resort-style pool with water slides, fitness center, sports courts, and a clubhouse - adding another layer of recreation without leaving the community.

 

Location

Walt Disney World is roughly 10 minutes away. Disney Springs, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and Old Town Kissimmee are all within a 25-minute drive. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes out.

 

Good to know

Check-in is from 4 PM; checkout by 10 AM. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Initial supplies are provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays may require restocking. Long-term stays (28+ days) are welcome.



RVs are NOT allowed in the community.



The pool is heated and the cost for the pool heat is $35 per day for entire stay.
