Wonderful location and the home was perfect

Our stay was perfect. The home was beautiful with nothing overlooked. I especially loved the beds and pillows, I slept better there than at home!

Great Texas getaway

Our vacation to Texas hill country was amazing. Lots of room for our family to sprawl out and enjoy the wonderful views and amenities that were provided. Highly recommend this option for anyone that might be looking for a getaway off the beaten path.

Great Property with Great Views!

We loved staying at this lovely property. It was well laid out and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay during a wedding in the hill country. We would stay here again and highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Great Rental

The Fischer Farmhouse was clean and very spacious. Our group enjoyed being able to sit together inside and out. They had lots of seating and it was perfect for a large group.

Excellent property both inside and outside. Very tastefully decorated. Deer visited us every day.

Slice of Heaven

Property was exactly as listed and was the perfect spot for a weekend get away. Comfortable house with really lovely energy. We loved how rambling the house is. The views were spectacular.

Wedding party stay

The whole family met up at the Fischer Farmhouse and enjoyed a long holiday weekend in a beautiful place. It is the most appointed home that I have ever stayed at which made it feel so comfortable. Everyone was very happy with their beds and all slept well. We enjoyed watching the deer in the morning and the hot tub in the evening. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again because it is so close to everything in the area. So nice!

Daughters bachelorette weekend!

What a perfect place to host my daughter and her friends! Such a beautiful home! The property is stunning! Trees, stars, hot tub, and so many places to hang out and be together! Couldn’t have found a more perfect home! We are planning to book this property again!!

Great place to stay and use as your base to explore the hill country.

Very nice, very comfortable farm house with everything you need. Great ambience. Only reason not giving it 5 star is minor issue with coffee pot that we were able to overcome. Very relaxing to wind down your day. 10 minutes from Wimberley. We will go back.

Ladies high school reunion

Loved this house! There were 9 of us. Plenty of room. Great layout and the view on patio in the mornings with our coffee was amazing! Made lots of memories. Thanks Kelly W

We loved Fischer House!

We only stayed two nights, but loved every minute of our stay. It is a beautiful home and the views are breathtaking. We hiked, played horseshoes, played games at the nice dining table, cooked s'mores, and truly enjoyed our family time. We had a total of 7 people ranging in age from 10-76 and it was perfect for everyone. The home was well appointed and there was not anything we needed. We would love to stay here again,

Ladies weekend

We had a FABULOUS time at this house! The pictures do not do it justice! We cancelled out to eat plans our first niight so we could enjoy the property and house even more. Even with Covid we were able to enjoy an afternoon at Driftwood and Wimberly . Kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor area is amazing

First VRBO

Beautiful property. Clean. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms for our group of 5 adults. This was a 2 night stay for a family wedding. It would be a great property for a longer stay. However, it was stressful because of the number of rules. I don’t know if that is common with all VRBO. We would probably book a standard hotel room the next time.

Amazing Country Get Away

The property is amazing. The house is beautiful, clean and well kept. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked to meet all guest's needs. The property is beyond pretty. My husband and I took a group of friends to Wimberly for the weekend and everyone loved the experience. The house is tucked away in the hills but is easily accessible and close to town. We will be renting the house again, I want to bring our three little boys to enjoy the scenery. We felt safe and we were thankful to escape from the city for a weekend.
