Bella Vista on Lewis Smith Lake

The house includes (3) KING suites with tv's, 1 double queen suite with a tv and bunk room with (2) sets of bunk beds and a tv. The master suite has its own balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake and its own master bath that's perfect for soaking and gathering your thoughts after a full day’s activities.
Bella Vista also has an outdoor kitchen/patio that we feel is the perfect place to be with its beautiful views of the picture-perfect sunrises and sunsets, custom made fire pit, Weber gas grill, Green Egg smoker, dining area along with lounging chairs and a 65" outdoor TV.
Note, there are 2 cameras located on property. 1 is pointed at the driveway and only used as security during vacant times, the other is pointed at the dock and also used as security during vacant times as well as to monitor the dock during heavy storms.

Guests have full access to the entire house, patio, backyard, boat dock, fire pits etc. all to themselves. House access is via smart lock system.

Please note: The walk to and from the lake and boat dock is steep. Children, elderly guests, and anyone needing assistance should be supervised at all times. This property also has cliffs and rocky areas that should be avoided. For safety, do not go beyond the fenced area. A golf cart path is available if you choose to rent or bring a golf cart or ATV. Please do not drive any other vehicle down the ramp.
