You’ll be staying in a spacious and cozy two-room apartment for up to 4 people, with 44 m² of living space, located in the attic. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen satellite TV. In the living/sleeping area, a comfortable corner sofa bed invites you to relax.

A separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. On the large balcony, you can enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air.

Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen satellite TV with Sky Cinema, Sky Sport 1, and Sky Bundesliga, as well as a telephone. Your parking space is conveniently located in the underground garage.

The on-site wellness area offers additional relaxation: The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee—perfect for winding down your vacation.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

If the weather isn’t cooperating, you can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area. The swimming pool is available free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
