You'll be staying in a spacious 2-room apartment on the top floor that sleeps up to 4 people and measures 55 m². The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a large, bright living/sleeping area with two comfortable double sofa beds, an inviting dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living room features a 48-inch Full HD TV; there is another TV in the bedroom.

In addition, the apartment has a large balcony with seating, including a lounge chair.

A free parking space exclusively reserved for this apartment is located directly in front of the building.

The sandy beach is only about 80 m away.


Within a 2–5-minute walk of this quietly located vacation rental, you’ll find a bakery, various restaurants, and an ice cream parlor. The city center, the pier, and various supermarkets and other shopping options are about a 5- to 10-minute walk away.



The Düne III residence features 12 comfortably furnished vacation apartments, each with its own balcony or terrace. Our vacation apartments, which can accommodate up to 4 people, are ideal for family vacations. You can relax in the building’s communal sauna (for a fee) when the weather isn’t suitable for a day at the beach. There is also a laundry room in the basement of the building with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. A parking lot and a bike rack are located directly in front of the building. Our reception desk at the Seestern Residence is located directly across the street. There, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the reception desk upon request. Next to the reception desk, you’ll also find a wide variety of restaurants. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the pier, as well as the town center with its cafés, ice cream shops, and picturesque spa gardens, are also just a stone’s throw away.
