This 1st floor unit has an extended patio area with plenty of seating to enjoy the lake views. Part of the patio is covered with lots of shade on sunny days.The inside of this freshly painted condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. A laundry room and pantry round out the unit. There are smart TVs in the living room and the master bedroom. They do not have cable but do have You Tube TV for live television watching. Feel free to bring your own apps to enjoy on the TVs as well.

Enjoy hiking, biking, boat rentals, a visit to the U.S. National Whitewater Center, or a trip into Charlotte while you are visiting. The college town of Davidson is less than a mile away with quaint shops, restaurants, and a beautiful campus for exploring.

Pets are allowed. However, please reach out for details on visitors with pets as the condo association has restrictions. Violators of the pet policy will be fined. Parking spot #40 goes along with the unit. There are unnumbered spots available for extra vehicles.
