- Pet fee: $150 per pet per stay

To maintain the quality of the home and respect the neighborhood:

- No parties or events
- Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM. Loud music, amplified sound, speakers, and excessive outdoor noise are not permitted at any time if they can be heard from neighboring properties.
- Max 12 guests (approval required for additional). - No smoking inside or on property
- All outdoor lights, including basketball court light, must be turned off by 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighboring homes.
- Exterior cameras for safety (no indoor cameras)

Booking Requirements:
- Primary guest must be 25 years or older
- Valid government-issued ID required prior to check-in
- Guests must sign a rental agreement before arrival
