Come enjoy your stay in this brand-new custom-built houseboat located at Venice Marina. Completed in 2026, this waterfront retreat offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Located at the mouth of the Mississippi River, Venice is known for some of the most renowned fishing and waterfowl hunting in the world. Guests can conveniently park their boat directly at the dock during their stay.

The home comfortably sleeps 5–7 guests and includes two full-size beds, two twin beds, and two full-size couches. All bed linens, towels, toiletries, and soaps are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. All cookware, dishes, and utensils are included.

Outside, the spacious deck offers a relaxing lounging area along with a fish cleaning station for the day’s catch and a barbecue grill for outdoor cooking.

Venice Marina is located just across the way and offers excellent restaurant options along with all your bait, fuel, ice, and tackle needs.
