The Space:

Welcome to Abrahams Grove, a beautifully appointed Hamptons retreat tucked away on a private lane between East Hampton Village and Amagansett. Set on 2.4 landscaped acres in East Hampton and directly across from the prestigious East Hampton Golf Club, this private estate blends classic Hamptons elegance with effortless indoor-outdoor living. Ideally located just five minutes from both East Hampton Village and Amagansett, the home also offers a direct 15-minute drive to Montauk, avoiding much of the summer traffic through East Hampton.

Designed with comfort and entertaining in mind, the home features soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and sun-filled interiors that flow seamlessly between the living room with fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped chef's kitchen. Completely refurnished in 2026, every room has been thoughtfully redesigned with all-new, high-end furnishings, linens, décor, and amenities to provide a fresh, elevated Hamptons experience. High-speed fiber optic internet and integrated smart home surround sound throughout the home provide modern convenience whether you're working remotely or enjoying time with family and friends.

The home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests across four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, with additional sleeping available in the media room.

Primary Suite: King bed with direct outdoor access, spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious spa-inspired ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and oversized shower.

Guest Suite One: King bed with private ensuite bathroom.

Guest Suite Two: King bed with private ensuite bathroom.

Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds with convenient access to a full bathroom directly across the hall.

Media Room: Comfortable queen-size pull-out sofa, ideal for additional guests or children.

The finished lower level serves as a private recreation and fitness space, featuring a fully equipped gym with multiple benches, mats, and dumbbells ranging from 5 to 90 pounds.

Outside, Abrahams Grove truly comes to life. An expansive deck overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds and offers multiple spaces for gathering and relaxation, including an eight-person outdoor dining table, comfortable lounge seating, and a premium gas grill. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by chaise lounges and lush landscaping, creating a resort-like setting for long summer afternoons.

Tucked into a private corner of the property, the dedicated wellness garden offers a peaceful escape featuring a four-person cedar barrel sauna and invigorating cold plunge, nestled amongst newly planted hydrangeas and mature landscaping. Guests can also enjoy the property's expansive lawn and exceptional privacy throughout the grounds.

Guests can enjoy nearby ocean beaches, local farm stands, boutique shopping, art galleries, and renowned dining throughout East Hampton and neighboring villages. The area is known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere, scenic surroundings, and abundance of outdoor activities including beach days, biking, boating, and nature trails, making it an ideal setting for a quintessential Hamptons getaway.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval.

Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.

Please note that the mailbox is not available for guest use during your stay.

The pool is open seasonally. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.

Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security deposit

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
