Spacious 5BR Family Retreat w/ Private Pool & Spa

Michelle and I call New Hampshire home, but my work regularly brings me to the Tampa area. Wanting to spend more quality time together as a family while traveling, we decided to purchase a second home here in sunny Florida.

When we’re not enjoying the house ourselves, we love opening it up for other families and groups to experience everything this beautiful home and area have to offer — from relaxing by the private pool to exploring nearby attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, gorgeous Gulf Coast beaches, and so much more.

We have three young children (ages 5, 3, and 1) who absolutely love swimming in the pool, visiting Disney, and spending time at the beach. We’ve created this home with families in mind and hope your stay creates as many wonderful memories as it has for ours.

We chose this neighborhood because of its peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. It offers the perfect balance of quiet relaxation while still being close to Tampa, Orlando, Disney World, beautiful Florida beaches, and many of the area’s top attractions. It’s also conveniently located near where I work in the Tampa area.

One of the things we fell in love with most was the spacious yard and outdoor space for our kids to run and play. We also enjoy taking family walks through the neighborhood on the well-maintained sidewalks and watching the many exotic birds that frequently visit the area.

Just a short distance from the house, there’s a wonderful local park featuring a playground, basketball courts, soccer fields, and pickleball courts — making it a great spot for both kids and adults to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Our home is designed to comfortably accommodate families and larger groups, with plenty of sleeping space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay together.

One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful private pool with a built-in hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or visiting local attractions. The large backyard provides plenty of room for kids to play and for guests to enjoy the Florida sunshine outdoors.

For entertainment, the home features two massive 85-inch TVs — one in the main living area and another upstairs — making movie nights, sports, and family gatherings even more enjoyable.

Guests also love the peaceful neighborhood setting, which offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere while still being close to everything the area has to offer.

The spacious garage with an epoxy floor provides additional gathering space for larger groups, and throughout the home you’ll find a large collection of books for both adults and children to enjoy during your stay.
