Every person is welcome here! The 62m² apartment is furnished very high quality with chic design. The entire interior was purchased in 2022. It is only 1,2 km to the city center. It is only 22 km to the beach (Travemünde). Fast Wifi is also available.

You can start your day in summer with a delicious breakfast outside on the terrace. In the winter then gladly in the glazed balcony.

→ a very comfortable Sofa bed with spring mattress (1.60 m wide)

A small fully equipped kitchen awaits you:
→ stove, cooking utensils
→ cutlery, glasses etc.

Of course we will provide you with fresh towels and bed linen. All essentials like shower gel, soap and shampoo are available in organic quality.

Parking:
There is parking directly on the street in front of the building. It is a public street. In the evening, you may not always find a parking space directly in front of the apartment.

The location of the apartment is ideal:
In winter, the city center hosts the most famous Christmas market in the city.
The city center is beautiful and has many historic buildings.

It is a typical Lübeck neighborhood. There are almost only residents there, no noisy businesses. It may well be that you can hear the neighbors outside sometimes. But in the apartment it is very quiet!

The city is beautiful, generally very historic with many buildings that are over 800 years old, in the center you can walk to the famous Holstentor. During Christmas time there is a wonderful and famous Christmas market.

- The next organic supermarket is within walking distance only 500m!

- Supermarkets within walking distance

In the popular city it is ideal to walk. For a trip to the green you can rent a bike. Around the city there is a lot of nature.
But there is also the possibility of renting scooters, cars, etc..
There are also buses and trains that will take you to the beach. We have several beaches nearby: Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand, Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, etc.

Additional services:
- Early check-in and late check-out can be booked for an extra charge and subject to availability.
- We also offer a cleaning service during your stay for an extra charge.
- Baby dishes free of charge
- Plug-in child safety lock free of charge
- Baby bath for an extra charge
- High chair for feeding babies for an extra charge
- For stays longer than 7 days we have to arrange additional cleaning. We think sustainable and want to maintain the condition of the apartment. There may be an additional cleaning fee.
- In case of a longer stay (weeks or months) additional towels and bed linen are available. Everything can be arranged with us :)

Due to the registration law, a registration form must be filled out before check-in and a copy of the ID must be sent.
1) Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is 10:00 am. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee depending on availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services will be liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2) Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence without prior arrangement with us. Please contact us if you wish to make reservations in your own home.

3) Smoking, partying and excessive noise are not permitted, not even in common areas (e.g. hallways). Room volume applies. Violations of the smoking ban will be charged with a fee of 300 EUR plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair. Open fires such as shisha, grill or other are prohibited!

4) Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5) Guests whose number exceeds the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 50 EUR per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6) Pets are allowed only upon request. A fee may be charged for this. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with companion animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.

7) Guests are responsible and liable for replacing lost keys, key cards, remotes or parking passes.

8) Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the accommodation to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. We cooperate with a security company that monitors the property and may enforce house rules.

9) Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests are required to report any damage immediately. We can basically handle everything through insurance companies.

10) Energy consumption: Due to rising energy prices and energy shortages, please be careful with energy consumption. We strive for high sustainability. Please support us in this. Please ensure sufficient ventilation in the cold months by impact ventilation (complete opening of the windows for about 5 minutes). Electronic devices brought along may not be operated permanently. The energy (electricity, gas, heating) may only be used for normal residential purposes.

11) We provide a crib for families. Please contact us if you would like to use it. Otherwise, the apartment is not completely childproofed. Parents are liable for their children. We do not assume any liability.

12) By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs and expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the house without refund.

13) Intermediate cleaning is possible for an extra charge. Change of bed linen during the stay if necessary for an additional charge. For long-term stays, we will coordinate with you whether you want to clean yourself or have it cleaned.
