The space
Bruner Ridge Reserve was built for groups who want to socialize, celebrate, and enjoy the stay at their own pace. Between the main house, lower level, detached Clubhouse, and expansive outdoor grounds, your group can move easily from quiet mornings and shared meals to pool days, game nights, and evenings under the stars.

Part of what makes the estate feel so seamless is the way each space carries its own mood. The main house offers a more relaxed setting for conversation and quieter moments, while the detached Clubhouse creates a distinct entertainment space for games, sports, and late-night fun. It’s ideal for groups who want connection, privacy, and space to unwind.

THE HOME

The main house centers around an open kitchen, spacious living area, and multiple places to gather throughout the day. The kitchen features a large island and double ovens, with indoor dining that comfortably seats your full group, along with outdoor poolside seating for 16.

A separate mother-in-law wing adds another layer of privacy. With its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen, it gives guests a more private feel and the freedom to enjoy the stay at their own pace.
