We warmly welcome you to the “Residenz Ostseestrand” apartment complex at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.<br>The apartment is located right on the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.<br><br>This two-room apartment is located on the first floor and offers 45 m² of space for 2–4 people. The modern living and sleeping area is equipped with a built-in sofa bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), cable/satellite TV, an internet-enabled DAB+ radio, a Blu-ray Disc/DVD player, high-speed internet, and a dining area. <br>From here, you can step out onto the southwest-facing balcony overlooking the spa gardens. Here, you can relax in the sun until evening.<br><br>The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave-oven combo with an integrated grill, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, a juicer, and a toaster. <br><br>In the separate, blackout-equipped bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), you’ll find a flat-screen TV and a spacious closet.<br><br>The shower room/restroom boasts excellent amenities.<br><br>A parking space next to the house and a bike storage room are available to guests free of charge.<br>An electric car charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked optionally for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)<br>Alternatively, flexible charging is possible via a QR code directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent by email.<br>The current rate is 0.60 € per kWh (as of April 2026)<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. <br>Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available for use in the building for a fee.<br>One dog is welcome; a second dog is allowed only upon request! This is a non-smoking apartment!<br><br>On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna. <br>Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and game room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.<br><br>A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach<br>. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the resort from the magnificent beach. <br>On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.<br>You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.<br>A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.<br>There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which has a barrier. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).<br><br>We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.<br><br>We look forward to seeing you!
