This centrally located 2-room apartment on the mezzanine floor features two east-facing balconies with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and can accommodate up to 2 people.

The living room features a TV, a dining area for two people, and a comfortable, high-quality sofa—perfect for relaxing, not just in the evenings. The seat can be adjusted to a comfortable semi-reclining position at the touch of a button.

The adjoining kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired.

The separate bedroom features a double bed with a sleeping area measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m (separate mattresses) and access to the second balcony, which naturally also offers a sea view.

A laundry and drying room is available in the basement. The washing machines can be used for a fee.

One parking space is included with the apartment. Bicycle storage. Elevator. Small dogs are welcome! This is a non-smoking apartment.
