The two-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the second floor and offers 60 square meters of space for up to four people.

It consists of a living room/bedroom with a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 160 cm x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, cable TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a kitchenette with a dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking, such as an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
The southwest-facing balcony is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm, separate mattresses), nightstands, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains.
The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a glass shower enclosure.

There is a bike storage room in the building.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer.

The swimming pool (accessible only via stairs) is available free of charge and invites you to relax.
A communal sauna is also available in the building. This is a coin-operated sauna. (1€ = 20 min.)

An elevator is available in this building. However, it is only accessible via 8 steps. There are another 8 steps leading up to the floor.

A parking space is reserved for you.

This spacious residential complex is located approximately 50 meters from the beach and is near the Ostseetherme with its large sauna area. The pedestrian zone with its cozy cafés is about an 8-minute walk away. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle storage room, are located in the building, and parking spaces are available on-site.
