The thoughtfully designed layout includes a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath, a second primary with a king bed and twin bunk and ensuite bath, a bunk room with four built-in twins and its own ensuite bath, a main-level queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath, and a private ground-level bonus “gamers’ den” that sleeps four and offers a fun retreat for teens with a TV and an AC/Heat unit.

Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor spaces including a screened porch and a ground-level patio with a grill and swing, along with added conveniences like five bikes, boogie boards and beach toys, a beach wagon, and six beach chairs (plus one kid beach chair) for enjoying and exploring the area.

Your stay includes access to the exclusive Lost Key Beach Club featuring private beach access, a beach-front pool, and a full-service bar and restaurant, all just a quick 2-minute shuttle ride (with pickup right outside), a 5-minute bike ride, or a 10-minute walk from the home. The gated community also offers resort-style amenities including a zero-entry pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, and a top-rated Arnold Palmer-designed golf course (public course and fees apply).

With three ensuite bathrooms (and the fourth on the main level adjacent to the main level bedroom), multiple hangout areas, and a perfect balance of shared spaces and private retreats, this home is ideal for guests who want to relax, recharge, and enjoy the best of beach and golf living.

Note of Pets: Due to severe allergies of the owners' family members, we have a strict No Pets policy. Unauthorized pets will result in a fee of $300 in addition to all costs associated with deep cleaning to remove pet hair and pet dander.
