Guest Access:

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 3 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.



The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet



The Neighborhood:

Roman’s Ridge is located in a new development just off Highway 515 about 4 miles northwest of Ellijay. The road leading to the cabin is a well maintained gravel road and does not require an AWD or 4x4 vehicle. The road does include some turns and hills to reach the peak where the cabin is located. It is about ½ mile off highway 515.



The cabin is very private with one other property that is to the right as you approach the split to the two cabins. Roman’s Ridge is to the left about 100 yards and the other cabin is about 50 yards to the right.



There is enough parking for up to five vehicles and the area is very level with plenty of room to maneuver around.



If you are not use to driving on gravel mountains roads these are some tips to maneuver:

-Take the vehicle out of traction control

-Use lower gear

-Keep a steady pace

-Do not cut turns sharp but stay to the high side of the road

This property is conveniently located minutes from downtown Ellijay, Blue Ridge and other attractions including: Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, Aska region, shopping, restaurants, white water rafting, tubing, horseback riding, and much more. Privacy:

Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.



Do not exceed the maximum number of guests for this property.



Pets:

Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.



Trash and Litter:

Trash pickup service is provided on the day of your departure. If you fill up the trash cans before your departure there is a neighborhood dumpster just down the gravel entrance you can use. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal location inside the neighborhood.



Wildlife:

North Georgia is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, snakes, raccoons, and other wild animals that may occasionally be encountered in forested areas and around the property. Please use caution when outside, keep a safe distance from wildlife, never approach or feed animals, and ensure doors, windows, and trash containers are properly secured.



Quiet time:

Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.



No events or parties allowed



Smoking Policy:

This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.



Cancellation Policy:

Credit card processing fees (~3%) are non refundable for VRBO reservations
