The house has two separate living spaces with separate entrances and private, resort-like backyard with pool and outdoor furniture. Downstairs has a great room, large chef's kitchen, 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths (1 is en suite), and sun room with sliders opening to backyard and pool. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room, separate small sitting area, and deck overlooking backyard. Front yard has gorgeous gardens and additional patio area, and an outdoor shower. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. Must rent the whole house in the summer, or choose to rent only one unit Sept. - May.
