If you are not a family coming to stay, including at a minimum parents and children, you are at risk of having your reservation cancelled and paying any penalties associated with that. Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.



This eight bedroom, three full bath, fully renovated Seaside Heights home is in the perfect location for a great time with family and friends. This home is made up of three separate units all within one physical residential home. It boasts three brand new kitchens, each one fully stocked with housewares and equipped with large and small appliances, including a dishwasher and gas stove/oven. Each bathroom also has been completely renovated from top to bottom, complete with brand new tile, stall showers, toilets, and sinks. The upper level of the house has brand new wood floors throughout, with the exception of the newly tiled kitchen and bathroom. The lower level has brand new tile throughout the entire level. There is central air conditioning upstairs and two mini-splits downstairs, so you will be cool and comfortable, day or night.



And for outdoor space, there is a spacious backyard made of stone, which has a barbeque, picnic tables, and an outdoor shower. There is also a large patio with picnic table right off of the upstairs living room. The house has offstreet parking for at least four cars, so leave cars in the driveway and your worries behind.



This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with young children. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it's an easy walk back for an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with family and friends is yours at our beautiful, clean, well-located beach home.



Pricing can vary based on the group renting so please contact us for more information. This house is perfect for large extended families who are looking to vacation together. If you are a really large group/extended family, we own another multi-family house right next door so please inquire!
