Villa Serenity is centrally located in the most desirable, quiet area in the southwestern part of Cape Coral, at the end of a cul-de-sac. When you take the boat out, you’ll have direct access to the Caloosahatchee River in less than 10 minutes, and from there, you can continue on to the outlying islands lining the Gulf of Mexico—with endless beautiful beaches—in another 30 minutes
All shops, grocery stores, and some of the region’s top restaurants are just a few minutes’ drive away. The Yacht Club of Cape Coral, as well as Tarpon Bay and several golf courses, are in close proximity
The villa was completely renovated in 2017 using high-quality materials and furnishings

For coffee lovers, a high-end Nespresso machine with a capsule starter kit (Nespresso Original Line) is available. Depending on the length of your stay and how many espresso drinkers are in your party, we recommend that you bring your preferred varieties with you or order them in advance and have them delivered to the villa
For your convenience, high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) is available at no charge
Beach chairs and towels are provided. Please always return all items to the house

In addition to the house, renting a top-of-the-line powerboat (jet boat)—a Chaparral Vortex VRX 243 with 500 HP—is possible and recommended in this wonderful boating area. Villa Serenity is a smoke-free property. This includes all forms of smoking, vaping, etc. However, smoking is permitted in outdoor areas provided that the windows and doors to the house remain closed. Proper disposal of smoking-related waste is requested and greatly appreciated
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in the villa. We thank you for your understanding
