Villa Serenity - newly built on water, pool & spa

Our newly build Villa Serenity offers luxurious waterfront living at its best.
A boat dock with tiki hut invites you to sunbathe and relax and is located directly on the beautiful canal, ideal for boaters.

The spacious, open floor plan with high ceilings creates a light-filled ambience. The cozy furnishings will make you feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen is a real eye-catcher and invites you to cook in good company or mix great drinks.

The villa offers space for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a king-size bed and direct access to the terrace, an adjoining bathroom with a bright shower and bathtub.
The second bedroom and bathroom including shower also have direct access to the outside area and a view of the pool. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds.

A bright additional study also offers space for creativity.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (WLAN speaker). This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The outdoor area with pool terrace is your private oasis. Enjoy your vacation by the pool with integrated whirlpool and a direct view of the canal. The saltwater pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes. A cozy lounge corner and sun loungers offer the perfect opportunity to relax. With the BBQ grill available, you can enjoy unforgettable barbecue evenings with your family at the outdoor dining table.

For our guests at CoralVilla there is an individual information folder in each house, which gives you helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

You are not far to some hotspots. The beautiful Cape Harbor with many restaurants, ice cream shop and cafes is less than a five-minute drive away from your vacation residence. Good shopping and other popular restaurants are also very easy to reach.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the house.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
