They assured us that they checked the freezer and it is working as it should, but they will continue to monitor it for any issues. To clarify, the pullout feature of the living room sofa is not actually an advertised amenity. The home does have a queen-size pullout sofa bed on the bottom floor near the pool table, and this is listed among the home’s sleeping arrangements. It was checked and was functioning.
