Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, the beautiful garden, and the peaceful location near Lake Junaluska. It’s great to hear the setting and furnishings made for a pleasant stay overall. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken curtain rod in the master bedroom. While it appears to have been unreported by previous guests, we understand how uncomfortable that must have been, especially with the lack of privacy and screen visibility. The curtain rod has since been repaired, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re grateful for your understanding and would love to welcome you back again soon!

Marie, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the peaceful location, charming decor, and convenient proximity to Lake Junaluska and local amenities. We apologize about the large back window in the master bedroom lacking a curtain and rod and that this caused brightness and privacy concerns during your stay. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and I’ve shared your comments with our local team to ensure this is addressed promptly. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a more comfortable stay in the future.
