The Space:

Nestled on a lovely forested lot, this beautifully renovated home offers a quiet retreat that's still close to downtown Brevard. The airport and downtown Asheville can also be easily reached. Enjoy quick access to the hikes, waterfalls, and biking trails of Pisgah National Forest. Spend fun-filled days exploring the area, then return home to unwind on your woodsy deck. The private hot tub is perfect for blissful evenings. Inside, high ceilings, skylights, and wood floors create a warm and welcoming vibe. Get cozy around the wood-burning fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. When you're ready to eat, there are two well-equipped kitchens with everything you'll need to whip up tasty meals for your entire group. Spanning three floors, this home offers ample living space. Find a well-appointed suite downstairs. This private space feels like a separate unit, with its own kitchen and dining area, a sleeping area, a full bathroom, a walk-in shower, and even a separate entrance. Upstairs, the loft provides an additional sleeping option. THINGS TO KNOW -This home is in an HOA community. -This home is in a family neighborhood that observes quiet hours 24 hours a day. -Please note that the wooded areas throughout the neighborhood are privately owned and are not common space. We kindly ask guests to stay on the neighborhood roads when walking or exploring and to respect our neighbors' property. -No parties are allowed at this home. -Streaming is available using your own accounts. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Cute place. Basement level gave our friends their own private area with small kitchen and bathroom GPS directions were confusing but we figured out it’s best to enter the neighborhood from Wilson onto Three Mile Loop, not Knob Creek. Lots of information and rules provided.

We're so glad the basement level gave your friends their own private space with the little kitchen and bathroom, it really is a nice setup for groups traveling together. This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The house is very cozy and clean. Plenty of space for our family of five. Very convenient to downtown and waterfalls. If you are night owls and want to stay up later and socialize, this might not be the place for your family. Strict HOA . We didn't have any issues though. Great stay!

Great Location!

We visited with friends and we’re so pleased with how close this house was to Brevard. A 10 minute drive to downtown with lots of things to do in surrounding the area. We were able to visit Asheville and Hendersonville as well as explore a lot of Brevard.

Hiking Headquarters

This is a wonderful home and close to several great hikes in Pisgah. It's also very close to downtown Brevard, though you still feel like you're in the country. The house itself is in great condition with modern amenities, comfortable beds, and a fantastic kitchen. We highly recommend this property.

December holiday getaway

Cozy, comfortable, and clean cabin conveniently located. Awesome hot tub! Beds are very comfortable. Layout of house is great. Main bedroom on the main floor. Loft upstairs and a complete in law suite downstairs.

Cozy cottage!

We loved our stay at the House on Honeysuckle! Great location... so convenient to hiking, shopping, breweries, bike paths, live music, and a variety of restaurants nearby. We were able to cook at the house, enjoy the roomy hot-tub under the stars, play board games, grill out on the deck, and enjoy a cozy fire in the fireplace while watching movies. It is clean, well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. We had a wonderful extended weekend get-away, and will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, perfect location. First time to North Carolina and I daresay it won’t be the last due to such a magical stay @ the House on Honeysuckle. Quite, Gracious Mountain Hideaway

Lovely, private, exceptionally clean home outside Brevard. Perfect for the two of us. The owners have done a lovely job creating a delightful vacation getaway complete with private hot tub and many amenities including a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the peace and quiet of the mountain community neighborhood and drinking our morning coffee on the deck while listening to the birds. The house could easily accommodate a group because it includes a complete private unit on the bottom level with kitchenette and bathroom (no steps needed to enter) and three bedrooms on the main level. Note that the main living level can only be reached via stairs (two choices - one set inside and another outside which is less steep). We had a wonderful stay and thank the owners.

I want to start by saying I rarely ever leave negative reviews, and this isn’t meant to come from a place of entitlement. However, I feel it’s important to warn future guests about the environment surrounding this rental.While the house itself is lovely and in a nice area, it’s located in an extremely strict HOA community. I grew up in Brevard and booked this stay to celebrate my mom’s and my birthdays while visiting family we don’t often see.The listing notes a maximum of six guests, which we respected. However, when my brother and his wife briefly stopped by to say hello (bringing the total to eight people for less than an hour) it seems this caused issues later on. The HOA has their quiet hours starting at 9PM. On Friday night, we received notice of “multiple noise complaints” around 10:30 PM. We immediately went inside and quieted down, but the following morning, neighbors gave us obvious, unfriendly stares as we left for coffee.Later that day, I received a message reminding me of the six-person, three-car limit. At that point, it was clear we were being closely watched. It felt invasive and uncomfortable, and we didn’t feel like we could relax or enjoy the property we’d paid for. We ultimately decided to have our birthday dinner at my sister’s house instead.Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful stay and don’t plan to have any visitors or evening gatherings, this place might work for you. But if you’re hoping to enjoy time with family or celebrate a special
