I believe the parking passes should have been free instead of an extra 107 for 2 but that was our only negative experience! Check out was easy and didn’t require a lot of things to that needed done other than the obvious!! Beds were comfortable even the couch bed was comfortable and that was a plus for us! Thank you for making sure that all the sleeping beds were comfortable!!

Everything was Great!! Comfortable beds, excellently stocked with kitchen supplies! Pot & pans were of great quality! Sharp knives & plenty of spatulas & spoons. Individual ice maker was AWESOME!! Very quiet and peaceful! Views were wonderful and walk to beach was quick & easy with boardwalk especially for an older person. Definitely saved this place…would book again in a heartbeat

We will be back! We were looking for a quiet beach and needed no activities for this vacation, including wanting to cook for ourselves. This rental is located on a quiet and beautiful beach and everything is just as it looks on the listing. Clean, beautiful and updated. The property management company was very responsive and quick to answer questions. We had the best stay here!

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Shipwatch in July. The condo has been recently remodeled and everything was spotless. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony, and the views of the beach were beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a stackable washer and dryer. We hope to stay here again soon .

OVERALL: Not a good stay due to lack of accountability and overall maintenance. Elevator did not work 2 of 4 days. Stayed here the week after the 4th of July. IMO, probably the best time to visit the beach if you like it to be warm and a large part of the crowds not there. Upon checking in, the elevator did not work. We had a room on the 6th floor. You do the math from here. It's 5:30/6p and you only get the emergency line when you call in. On the next day, I rode the elevator one time and then it was broken again. The rest of the day we are playing the Price is Rights 'Stair Climber' game and losing. At this point, I'm not happy on vacation and it's definitely not a Luxury. So 2 of the 4 nights were there, the elevator does not work. When I checked out, I asked for some type of compensation and a second time two weeks later and to this day, there's been no response. I'm not sure why the Hospitality industry does an about face on how they treat guests since we are in condos at the beach. What would have happened if we were elderly, or on crutches, or in a wheelchair? If this would have happened at a hotel, some type of correction would have been made.

That is not the experience we want for our guests. We have shared your report with the homeowner, building management/HOA, and our maintenance team to investigate the elevator reliability and to improve emergency response procedures and guest communications.
