Step inside to find a bright, open-concept living space with soaring two-story ceilings, creating an inviting atmosphere for gathering. Relax in the comfortable living area with a movie night, enjoy board games together, or share meals around the dining table. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare vacation favorites, along with an additional dining area that comfortably seats eight guests.

Enjoy coastal living at its best on the screened porch, complete with outdoor dining and a grill—perfect for morning coffee, meals, or evening cocktails. Upstairs, a second living room with a large sectional sofa and TV provides extra space for guests to spread out and unwind.

Looking for fun beyond the beach and pool? The garage has been transformed into a recreation space featuring foosball, ping pong, cornhole, bicycles, and more, providing entertainment for guests of all ages.

The main level features one of two primary suites, offering a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing soaking tub. Upstairs, you'll find a second primary suite with a king-size bed and private en-suite bath. Two additional guest bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations, including one bedroom with a queen bed and another featuring both a traditional bunk bed and a pyramid bunk (twin over full). A rollaway twin bed is also available for added flexibility.

Whether you're spending your days at the beach, enjoying Bayside's outstanding amenities, or simply relaxing with loved ones, this home offers everything you need for an unforgettable coastal getaway.

COMMUNITY & AMENITIES
Voted Delaware's Community of the Year, and one of America's 100 Best Places to Live, you'll enjoy an array of amenities that support wellness and relaxation. During your vacation you'll have access to a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course (extra fees apply), Signatures restaurant, beach shuttle, outdoor pools with a kid's splash zone, snack bar, a heated 5-lane indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, saunas, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, pier fishing and crabbing, stocked-pond fishing, kayaking & standup paddleboarding, and nature trails. And that's not even all of it!

The Bayside Community is also a proud neighbor of the award-winning Freeman Arts Pavilion, an outdoor entertainment venue known 'round the coast for its premier concerts and family events. Just down the road you'll enjoy some of the Eastern Shore's most famous dining establishments, whether you're looking for a "crab bloody" from the Crabcake Factory, Harpoon Hannah's popular happy hour, or to enjoy the fine dining at Catch 54.

Located only 5 miles from the Fenwick Island Beach and less than 10 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk - and with Ocean City, MD right around the corner - Bayside provides a level of luxury, peace, convenience, and comfort that cannot be found anywhere else.

Amenity passes are available for an additional charge that is the prevailing rate per person for 7 consecutive days, or per person for 3 consecutive days (May 16 thru Sep 22); off-season rates a per person for 7 consecutive days, or 3 consecutive days are available as well (Sep 23 thru May 15). THERE ARE NO DAILY PASSES. If passes are purchased or modified 14 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $5 per pass. Children 4 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. Amenity Fees are charged by the Bayside Community HOA; 1st Choice Properties does not set or control prices and therefore they are non-negotiable. 1st Choice Properties collects the fees on behalf of the HOA and submits all necessary paperwork but is not involved in the operation of, or responsible for, the Bayside Amenities. There will be no refunds issued for unused, lost, or stolen passes. Resort passes can be picked up from the Health & Aquatic Club during business hours (7AM to 7PM) once paid for with 1st Choice Properties.

Golf privileges are available at an additional cost. Contact Bayside directly to reserve tee times. Per Bayside HOA Rules, renters are only permitted to use golf carts on the golf course; use throughout the residential roads and sidewalks of the community is not permitted.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.

-The maximum occupancy is 11 people.

-There is parking for 4 vehicles.

-No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
