This three bedroom (each with its own bathroom) multi-family townhouse (sleeps 11) sits right on the water and affords comfortable vacation living with all of the amenities you need -- and then some. Enjoy the sunset from the upstairs deck or main level Florida Room; get out onto the bay and into the marsh right behind our house on any of our four kayaks (2 double, 2 single) that come with the rental; ride any of our 10 bikes to the nearby pool, gym, or tennis courts that are all part of the Bayville Shores Community; Play on the community Basketball, Shuffleboard, Tennis, Pickleball or Volleyball courts or just hang out with a good book on a comfortable chair and act like you're on vacation. The beach is only a short drive away and there is lots to do off the sand, too. The well-equipped kitchen and generous table space make meal times fun and relaxed on those nights that you choose to eat in and there are plenty of restaurants just minutes away if you want to treat yourself.
