This splendid home away from home offers great outdoor living with a sparkling in-ground pool, a hardwood pool deck with plenty of poolside loungers, and many outdoor dining areas so you can enjoy all of your meals alfresco. A gas grill is also provided for summertime barbecues!



Upon entering this two-story retreat, you will discover a spacious and bright open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and wall-to-wall sliders allowing easy access to the second-floor balcony, which overlooks the pool and offers loungers and an outdoor dining table with an umbrella. The welcoming living area invites you to relax with comfortable furniture strategically situated near a smart TV with streaming services. Get ready to stream your favorite series and don't miss a single episode during your stay! The home offers ductless a/c and heating units in each space so the whole family can get comfortable inside when the temperature outside changes. -Starter supplies are provided for your stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, soap, detergent, and basic kitchen essentials. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out.

-Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors at all times.

-No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

-Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

-Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges.

-Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.



Check-In

-Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

-Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability.

-Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.



Check-Out

-Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM.

-Approved late check-outs may be available for an additional fee.

-Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.
