Located in beautiful Southampton Shores, this home offers the ultimate summer vacation spot. With private community tennis courts, basketball courts and a baseball field, spending time on our private bay beach is not your only options. A salt water pool is always warm and waiting after a fun day in the sun, with an over sized fenced in yard for recreational activities. Located conveniently between the village of Southampton and Sag Harbor. Ocean beaches are short drive from home.

Hamptons house

This was a great house for our group of 4 couples in their mid 30s. The backyard was awesome, the house was clean, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend!

Girls weekend

We stayed here for my birthday and bachelorette party. Clare was extremely communicative and helpful - she actually left us two bottles of locally sourced rose in the fridge! The house was immaculately clean, and the yard was complete paradise. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

This house is a great summer getaway. The pool and outdoor setup are amazing, the house has all the amenities you would ever want and the access to the private beach makes beach days or sunsets by the water so easy. We would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a summer stay.

Great location

Location was perfect. Walk to beach, tennis courts or stay in to use the pool. Tons of extras! Pool floats, games, kayaks, coolers, beach chairs. Easy check in, check out.

Great summer rental

We had a lovely time at this home. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool and backyard, as well as the private bay beach and kayaks. The house is clean and comfortable and the owners are accessible. I would highly recommend this property.

Highly, highly recommended

We recently stayed at Clare's house over Memorial Day weekend, and could not have been happier with the property. We were very particular about the type of place we wanted, carefully considering cost, location, and amenities. As soon as we walked inside we knew that we'd made the right choice. The house is perfectly laid out with a big open kitchen that opens up into the living room with couches and the TV, so everyone can spend time together even while technically in separate rooms. And the bedrooms are close but still somewhat secluded, so you can still have your own space and privacy when needed. The backyard is the real highlight. The saltwater pool is beautiful and heats up to a perfect temperature, and there's a huge, well-manicured lawn where we were able to set up yard games like kanjam and cornhole. The grill and table being right there also mean that everyone can hang out together while you cook and eat. Clare was great throughout the whole process as well, providing all the information we needed and making herself available if any issues arose (they didn't) while not being even a little bit overbearing. Overall, just a fantastic situation for a weekend getaway.

Very comfortable, well maintained, everything you need for a beach vacation!

We stayed at this property for three weeks in August and loved our time here. The house has everything you need for a family beach vacation - salt water pool was a treat for the kids (they would spend several hours a day there), tons of pool toys, board games, beach chairs and kataks at the beach were a great addition. The property has a nice back yard for kids to run around. the house was very well kept - comfortable beds, sheets, very clean and comfy. The owners are very organized and provide all the necesssary info, beach badges, instructions, etc. Also the house is close to the tennis courts that are never crowded, farmers market, the beach is great for a swim and sunsets (never crowded either). Basicslly - if you stay here, plan for a great relaxing vacation! We would definitely come back.

The house is very well kept, clean and in a quiet community

The house was very well kept and very clean. It was spacious and great for my family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. The rooms had comfortable beds and all the bedding was clean and in good condition. The wifi was perfect all the time. The pool was awesome, clean, with a working heater that was great for the early morning and late afternoon swim. The garage had all sort of gadgets to have a good time in the backyard and pool and also to take to the beach. We did not use many since I brought most with me but they had inflatables, balls, volleyball set, coolers, etc. They had 2 kayaks that we used a couple of times at the bay beach that the teens enjoyed. Cooper's Beach is 15 min away and there you can rent a beach umbrella (we brought ours) and has reasonable amenities. The cute Downtown is also around 15 min away where you can get your groceries ( Citarella and S&S). We had a nice dinner at Pellegrino's that is few minutes away from the house and at Sant Ambroeus in Downtown that was super. Clare, the host, welcomed us and explained few things about the house and she was very attentive and checked on us by text a couple of times during our stay. We did not encounter any issues during the stay. We will definitely stay in this property again.

Well equipped vacation home even with 3 babies!

We had two families (including 3 1yr olds) for a week and the house was a great setup with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs plus a den and living room. The garage is stocked with everything you could ever want at the beach, and the owners even left us brand new pool floaties for the babies (and cookies and granola for us!) which was a lovely way to start the trip. We had a few minor issues that were addressed quickly and otherwise had a great stay. The pool and chairs are spa like and the big backyard is super relaxing. The walk to the bay beach is 15min or so and it is pretty rocky but beautiful! There's a little deli around the corner for little things which was helpful. All around very clean comfortable home!

Great house, location and vacation

This was the first time we rented a house in Southampton. For our needs the house of perfect – comfortable living space, a great backyard with BBQ and pool as well as access to a private beach on the bay. The house was equipped with everything you need for the kitchen to pool and beach to make your stay pleasurable. We had a fabulous two weeks. Al and Clare were wonderful hosts – they made the entire experience easy.
