This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upper unit of a duplex. It is very spacious and a great space to hangout inside and out.

You will have the entire upstairs unit that includes an upper patio. You also have use of the back yard which has a grill, and large table and chairs.

Lakewood is a very beautiful, safe walkable city. The neighbors look out for one another. There are a number of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and ice cream shops within a couple of blocks. Lakewood has many parks and recreation areas that are great to explore.

Many places in Lakewood are in a walkable distance. Most residential streets have parking and the main business streets have metered street parking. Pay attention to the signs, as the busiest streets do have rush hour parking restrictions and cars may be towed if violating those parking restrictions.
