The village of Colle di Compito lies at the slop of the medieval hamlet of Castelvecchio di Compito - an ideal departure base to explore the villages of Ruotoa, San Ginese di Compito, S. Andrea, San Giusto, all set amidst olive groves and vineyards, on foot or by bicycle.
There are restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias within 500m from the house for lovers of the typical Tuscan cuisine.
The fantastic therapeutic springs of S. Giuliano can be reached within 20 km and the beautiful beaches of the Versilia within 40 km.
