The Space:

Welcome to Summerin', your perfect Duck retreat! This beautiful home boasts sparkling new updates, a private pool, views off the deck and is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there's space for everyone. The open, airy layout makes it simple to relax with bright windows flooding the living space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining area, with doors leading out to the deck for easy indoor-outdoor living. The screened in porch off the dining area is perfect for outdoor dining or game night with a table for four. The top level also features a king bedroom and a full bathroom for added convenience.



Most of your group will head down to the mid level to sleep. It offers two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin-over-double bed setup. One of the king rooms has an ensuite full bathroom that joins with the hallway, and there's a second full bathroom available as well for added convenience. Plus, if you need to work or just want a place to read, you can use the multi-use room perfect for puzzles, games or setting up your laptop. Functional, entertaining, and spacious, Summerin’ is the perfect place to make beach memories while keeping everyone happy, relaxed, and in vacation mode!



Step outside onto your balcony and soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or fire up the grill and enjoy a BBQ with family and friends. With a private beach access nearby, you can easily spend your days basking in the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortably sand free for your stay.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



**Up to two pets (dogs only) are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The Neighborhood:

The town of Duck is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.



Interaction with Guests:
