Relax and enjoy our recently updated West End studio. Steps away from all the excitement Ptown has to offer, our well-appointed studio includes everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The property is perfectly located to effortlessly walk into the heart of town; to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and, if you’re so inclined, to experience the iconic Tea Dance at The Boatslip, while still being close enough to easily escape the hustle and bustle and relax on your quiet dedicated deck. The space The studio is in a small, three-unit condo association and includes 286 square feet of first floor living and is ideal for one to two people. Enter from the dedicated deck into a recently updated kitchenette that includes quartz countertops, an under-cabinet refrigerator/freezer, microwave/convection oven, Keurig (with pods), toaster, high-top table / chairs, and a fully stocked pantry with dishes, glassware, and utensils. The thoughtfully decorated bedroom includes a queen size bed with linens, a ’32 wall-mounted Smart TV, offering access to most streaming services (note: you’ll need to log in with your own credentials), a dresser, central A/C, and offers plenty of natural light. The bathroom, though small, includes a full walk-in shower, pedestal sink, toilet, towels, and washcloths Guest access Follow the path from the driveway, down the right-hand-side of the house and around to the back deck. The door access code will be emailed prior to your arrival, as well as texted to the phone number on file on the day of arrival. Other things to note The association has a strict no smoking policy. This includes inside the unit as well as anywhere on the grounds. Although we are pet lovers ourselves, our association only allows pets for owners.
