Hello and Welcome to Cozy Little Charm! My name is Christi and I’m excited to be your Host. I recently purchased this condo from a lovely couple that had owned it for 22 years! I look forward to creating memories here along with sharing this lovely property with guest like yourself.

The Kingston Plantation is a gated 145 acre resort. The grounds are filled with mature palm tree’s and professional landscaping. There are plenty of area’s to stroll or walk around which offer the opportunity to observe the on site lake with ducks, fish and fountains, volleyball, a playground with swings and slides for the kiddos, an ice cream stand is also on site all this in addition to the private beach access with a boardwalk. There is a spa, “SPA33” offers massages, facials, nails and more, contact them directly for appointments. A complete million dollar Fitness Center also on site for a nominal charge. One doesn’t need to leave the plantation during the summer and fight restaurant lines, there are multiple options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The plantation has two anchor buildings the Embassy and the Hilton. A new brewery, “Black Drum” offers smoked bbq items and wood fired pizza’s -open to the public. Ice Cream stand is also on site.

This property provides covered deck parking for its guests. There is a dedicated pool and hot tub. The building is also a short stroll to the Apache Pier where you can fish or just watch, rent fishing gear, or grab an ice cream or bite to eat at the ocean front restaurant “Groupers. You can also enjoy live music bands on Fridays on the pier while enjoying night views up and down the grand strand all directly from the Pier. A little further walk and you can enjoy Ocean Annies, either during the day or evening for deck side live music.
