Enjoy leisurely strolls along numerous walking and biking trails and golfing nearby. The kitchen boast of every utensil needed to prepare gourmet meals for your family and the elaborate dining room will accommodate six. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can serve as an extra bed.
The master bedroom has access to the screened porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee while relaxing in a rocking chair. It is furnished with a king poster bed, walk in closet, a dest and view of the pool. The bathroom is private and has a tub shower combination.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and mirrored sliding doors to the closet and connection to hall bathroom.
There is a washer, dryer combination for your use.
The lake is well stocked with bass and catfish so feel free to bring a fishing rod and enjoy fresh fish for dinner.
Not wanting to cook, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance

Love the 24 hr security and all the beautiful landscape and older oak trees. Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre planned community.
I love the fact that the walk to the beach is scenic and safe. There are no streets to cross to get to the beach. The community pool is outside my unit and never crowed. There is a children's play area near the front of community.
Guards are always patrolling the area. Many nearby eating establishments.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
My condo is a quite end unit with a larger screened porch and beautiful view of Lake Arrowhead. Fishing is permitted. My unit is well cared for with ample kitchen supplies.
