MAIN HOUSE

The Main House is the heart of the estate and the primary gathering space. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 people.

Inside, you’ll find a dramatic great room with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, skylights, elegant chandeliers, hardwood floors, large artwork, and multiple seating areas for conversation and connection.

The glass-wrapped billiards room is one of the estate’s signature spaces, with a pool table, beautiful natural light, water views, and direct access to the deck.

A bright waterfront lounge offers another peaceful place to relax, with large windows framing the surrounding trees and water. It is perfect for morning coffee, quiet reading, or conversations that naturally stretch late into the evening.

Outside, the Main House opens to expansive decks, outdoor dining areas, patio seating, and a covered outdoor kitchen. This is where the whole group can gather for casual BBQs, private-chef dinners, cocktail hour, or sunset conversations overlooking the grounds and water.

LODGE HOUSE & PRIVATE SUITES

With 23 gated acres, expansive lawns, waterfront views, private beach, dock, outdoor kitchen, and multiple gathering spaces, the property is designed for memorable group experiences.

Please inquire before booking if you plan to host any event, party, wedding, ceremony, reception, retreat program, vendor setup, or gathering beyond the overnight guest group.

Event fees are separate from the nightly stay and depend on the type of event, guest count, setup needs, vendors, timing, and property use. We are happy to review your plans and confirm what is possible before you book.
