Relax on one of the two charming porches, located at the front and back of the house, and savor the serene surroundings. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. Fully fenced yard!
Payson beckons outdoor enthusiasts with its myriad of activities, including hiking, fishing, and more.

Nestled in the serene ambiance of a tranquil cul de sac in Payson, our cabin is conveniently close to the town's charming array of restaurants, bars, a casino, and shopping venues.

Featuring two bedrooms adorned with a queen-size bed and a twin bed, our home also offers an additional tucked-away twin bed for added flexibility. Every corner of the house is adorned with the comforts of home, boasting a comprehensive range of entertainment options, including games, books, videos, magazines, HBO Max, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Roku.

Step into the outdoors, where the front and back yards beckon with two decks equipped with comfortable seating, an outdoor fire pit, cornhole, a propane fire pit, propane barbecue, and inviting hammocks. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are readily available for use. Securely fenced backyard.

Don't be surprised to see an elk in the driveway!

The whole house is available with the exception of locked outside storage. You will be given a code to the locks to gain access.

Due to the cold weather, the front door needs to be pulled towards you when locking up. Sometimes fire restrictions/bans are in place so please check before having any campfires.

We possess exterior security cameras, but lack interior ones. Inside the house, we utilize motion detectors with small red lights, yet we refrain from arming the system when guests are present. It's important to note these motion detectors do not record and are not cameras.

I also can accommodate special requests like decorating for special occasions, groceries. etc.
