The property is a 1960 single wide trailer that was dramatically remodeled and resembles the appearance of a cabin. We're truly sorry if this had a negative impact on your stay and have since followed up with Evolve to add a disclaimer on our listing so future guests don't feel caught off guard. - We were unaware of any issues with the stove and will follow up with our maintenance team to further investigate. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. - We were surprised about your comment about access to the river. There is a natural trail which can be a little rocky, and although there are no steps or handrails, it provides a very accessible access to the river. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

We even have a cleaning crew specifically for the hot tub that comes every single week. While we do make it a top priority to clean this property regularly, sometimes things go unnoticed like rocks in the vents and dust in a cupboard or on a dish or a pot.
