Cloud Break is the perfect couples or family beach getaway. Let`s start with the wonderful water views from the master bedroom, the sunroom, the kitchen and the living room. Then, there`s the fabulous private neighborhood beach - soft sand access is right across the street, a quiet dead-end road. The beach is on the bay side of Plum Island - so more tame waters for paddlers: kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. After you`ve enjoyed a day of swimming and sunning - stop by the outdoor shower. An outdoor shower is one of those special joys of summer!
Cloud Break offers amenities galore! The outdoor space is amazing! Gather in the inviting outdoor living room furnishings - couches and chairs beckon. Interested in a little quiet time - then swing gently in 1 of the 2 hanging chairs. Dinner time? Enjoy cooking on the gas grill and dining at the spacious table - and there`s that view again!
Cloud Break indoors is even more delightful than the outdoor space! The gourmet kitchen is a chef`s dream - all the great amenities: 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and French-door fridge with special cooling tray space – perfect for storing ready-made appetizers – just grab and go. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the dishes, glassware and cooking accouterments. The breakfast bar provides extra prep space where the audience can witness the chef`s creative genius.
Then, enjoy appetizers and happy hour in the amazingly cozy and calming living room! The vibe and style oozes peace and serenity. Or, watch a great movie on the big-screen (55-inch) smart TV.
Dinner`s ready! Then, gather around the expansive dining table with that amazing water view! Plenty of space for the guests and the wonderful meal. Of course, you could eat outdoors - another spacious dining table awaits on the deck as well.

Good Neighbors honor the right of the property’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. Guests will:
1) Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances. Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
2) Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from your Warm Welcome host, do not host any parties or events.
3) Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
4) Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces. Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
5) Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to this accommodation.

Respectful Visitors: remember you are renting a private home; please treat the home with respect:
1) Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided. Please use all items for their intended purpose. Please contact your Warm Welcome host if you have any questions.
2) Use of Wi-Fi & Internet: guests agree to use the network for legal purposes only.
3) Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture in place.
4) Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking areas, and garages. Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
5) Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special costly remediation to remove the aroma – please help us to help you avoid this cost.
6) Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
7) Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.

Violating any Good Neighbor or Respectful Visitor policies is grounds to end your stay, immediately without refund.
