Right next to it sits the ultimate standout: a unique indoor-outdoor entertainment lounge complete with a classic arcade game and a roll-up glass garage door. The main level also offers a gourmet kitchen and a bright sunroom, while the private quarters feature beautiful bedroom and bathrooms with custom vanities and a skylit soaking tub.

Take I-81 South (from Roanoke or nearby), use Exit 132 (Ironto Exit), turn left onto Ironto Rd, continue until it connects to North Fork Rd, then turn onto North Fork Rd and follow it through the rural area until you reach 4289 North Fork Rd in Elliston, VA, where the property will be along a quieter mountain road with limited signage and may have a private driveway entrance.

Estate House is a shared property with Garden Suite. Guests have a separate private entrance on the side of the smaller home and should use the smart lock at the entry door.

-Working vineyard! This property is super unique as it is located on a vineyard. It also will have a path to direct people to "Beach Creek Front" w/ fire pit. Backup generator for entire home. Game room w/ garage doors to open fully, game systems.

-Please do not pick grapes from vines in the vineyard.

-Ring Camera at the front door.

- No pets allowed

- Indoor fireplace is not for guest-use.
