The Space:

Your luxurious dream getaway is about to come true with this stylish Anna Maria Island vacation rental! This centrally located condo is only moments from the beach, with shopping, dining, and more only a quick walk away.



The best beaches on the Gulf of Mexico are only a short walk down the street. Fresh ocean breezes and soft white sands await you. When you're not enjoying the beach, stop by nearby restaurants for a bite to eat. Looking to do more exploring? Take either of your cars out of the two-car driveway, or use the free trolley stop a block from home. Get a true feel for island life!



On warmer days, cool off in the private pool or stretch out in the shade on one of the lounge chairs. An outdoor shower and washer/dryer will keep you and your towels nice and fresh before you head back inside. The living area features free WiFi, a TV, and sleek décor, while The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a family dinner at the dining room table, or take your food out to the poolside patio for an alfresco meal.

Things to Know

This property has a 7-night minimum stay requirement.

The elevator and garage are not for guest use.

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.

We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Could Not Have Been Better

We had a great stay at La Madeira! The kitchen was spacious. There was tons of "pantry" room. The living area was also extremely comfortable and spacious. The kids (and adults) loved the pool. It was a great layout and not too far from the beach access. I want to find out what kind of mattresses were in the bedrooms, because we all slept incredibly well!!! Hope to stay here again next year!

Great find!

La Madeira was everything we could have hoped for and more for our first time on AMI. Super clean, great location, and having the pool was so great for days we didn’t go to the beach.

Excellent stay, beautiful house.

Lovely property, all facilities to a very high standard. Very clean and just as described. Beach block 1/2 away and the Island trolley bus was amazing. Had a really relaxing time in superb surroundings. Beds were very comfortable and showers food. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Beautiful!

This is the 5th year that we have stayed on Anna Maria Island for Spring Break and this was definitely the nicest house we have stayed in! Great location! Close to the beach but the pool area is wonderful too! The house had everything we needed and more. We can't wait to get back to the island!

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable

Well cared for, beautifully decorated, short bike ride to beach. Had everything we needed. Loved the private pool. Both Jarrett and Stetson from Vacasa were very helpful and made our stay perfect.

A peaceful getaway

LaMadeira was as beautiful as the photos show. The back yard was quiet and the pool was lovely. The house was very spacious, new and comfortable. It was several blocks to the beach but an easy drive or walk. We really enjoyed the patios as well.

Just How I Picture My Own Summer Home

Loved everything about La Madiera and AMI. The home is tasteful, the island is just my pace and spectacularly beautiful. I hope to visit AMI and La Madiera once again in the near future.

Perfect everything!

This house is near perfect. It’s close to the beach, has a great layout with plenty of room and a big pool! Our only complaint (and it’s minor) is that the pool temperature is regulated and is a bit warm for a hot summer afternoon. We will definitely be back!

The house is spotless!!

This house surpassed all our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful, well maintained with all the amenities you could possibly want. Quick walk to the beach and beautiful private pool. Beautiful and tasteful decoration with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space and hangers….5 starts all around!!
