THINGS TO KNOW

• Exterior Painting Project has started - The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began, and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year.

• Please know that there is no garage access.

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

If the sand is calling your name, Waikōloa Beach is just over a mile away where you can post up for a picnic on the shore, swim, or snorkel. Plus, when you want to grab a bite to eat or explore the local shops in town, you can make your way a mile to the main drag of the area.
