The Space:

Get away to this Mauna Lani Resort townhome and experience the laid-back luxury of island living. Unwind on two private lanais or beside the lagoon-style pool, and hot tub just steps away. Walk to the beaches set against turquoise waters, or drive and enjoy access to the private owner's beach.



Kick back and relax in style on a sofa and two armchairs in the sunlit living room. Watch a movie on the 43-inch TV equipped with a DVD player, cable TV, and surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample granite countertops, and a kitchen island with seating. Coffee connoisseurs will appreciate a variety of options, including a Keurig machine and a traditional coffee maker. Enjoy meals at the teak dining table.



The luxurious upstairs main bedroom is outfitted with carved Hawaiian furnishings, a 32-inch TV, and access to a private balcony with two chairs and a table. The en suite main bathroom provides a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.



Entertain on the spacious lanai and use the outdoor kitchen designed with granite countertops, a built-in Viking grill, and a sink. Dine alfresco at the table. Enjoy a nightcap while lounging on two comfy chairs and a sofa. The balcony located off the main bedroom overlooks the pool and provides lovely sunset views. Relax beside a waterfall, rejuvenate in the hot tub, or take a dip in the lagoon-style pool, all just steps from your lanai. A washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, a Pack 'n Play, and beach gear are provided.



Drive four minutes to the private Beach Club and lounge in a complimentary cabana while sipping tropical drinks served from a beachside bar. This exclusive beach offers a full menu from NaPua's Restaurant. Rent snorkel gear and discover vibrant sea life. Enjoy world-class golf at two on-site championship courses. Walk to the grocery store or sample eateries within Mauna Lani Resort.

Perfect place to stay on the Big Island. The pool is right around the corner with plenty of chairs and a covered patio for those wanting shade. The unit is very large with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the access to the private beach club! I highly recommend this property.

The condo was in excellent shape. I few light bulbs were burned out in the kitchen and laundry area but otherwise every thing was there to cook. Bbq worked like a champ.

Amazing property right in Mauna Launi Resort. All the amenities we would have wanted - pool and beach toys, high quality chairs and cart to carry toys to the beach. Team was helpful. Amazing stay. Thank you!

Little bit of paradise

We love The Mauna Lani area and return every year. These units are spacious, clean and very convenient to a beautiful area of the big island. The bonus of having the beach club to go to with a wonderful restaurant and view!!

Great Spot!

Loved the Condo! Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen ( could use a martini shaker). Wonderful location! Close to shops, resorts and our favorite beaches. I am being picky about my rating because we found a dirty coffee cup in the cupboard and one of the toilets kept getting stuck when flushing.

Winter get away

Very lovely property. Accommodations were spacous and well stocked. Felt right at home. Spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio enjoying the beautiful grounds that were well maintained.

Amazing Townhome!

If you’re looking for a place to stay, this place is fantastic. We totally felt at home and had pretty much everything we needed. The interior is very updated and the garage has all kinds of beach toys and gear. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer to clean our clothes after a long day playing at the beach or traveling the island. Anytime I had a question I could call support which was super helpful. We loved this place so much. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyable Stay!

We rented this house with another couple and it had the perfect amount of space for 4 to be comfortable! We used the beach chairs in the garage after a quick walk to the Fairmont Orchid. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't have time to enjoy the community pool or the BBQ in the patio, but will definitely need to stay longer next time!

Great place and great management

House was well setup. If you like to cook everything was there and great quality. Just a great place. Yes, it is near where landscapers start day but we didn’t notice until heading to beach in car. Great property management as well. Multiple check ins to make sure stay was going well. We’ll be back!

Meeting Stay

This place was ideal for the meeting I was attending at the Fairmont Orchid - 10 minute walk. We liked every aspect of the arrangement/condo except to find out long after we rented it that if we had waited, the price would have been significantly less.

Great location

The unit was spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent for exploring the north Kona coast. A well stocked grocery store is within walking distance, as is Brown’s Beach House, the terrific restaurant at the Fairmont Orchid. The gym room at this development is better equipped than most, though small and a little crowded as a result. It compensates by operating on a reservation system, and we had no difficulty using it whenever we wanted. The pool is beautiful, and was never crowded during our stay.

Great stay on the big island!

I love Mauna Lani and the access to the beach club. The property is walking distance to some restaurants and a grovery store which was so convenient and nice. Great home base for our visit to the island and perfect for our family wiht lots of room to spread out and enjoy when we were there. The pool was lovely for relaxing and the beach club was nice for snorkeling. There was some noise from the maintanence shed some mornings, but that was explained in the description and we were up early due to the time change anyways. We cooked most nights and we had everything that we needed.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani

The fairways…at mauna lani This home was perfect for our needs. The four of us were comfortable with the size of the place which allowed us own space. The kitchen had all the amenities that made preparing meals easy. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The house was situated a stones throw from the main entrance, swimming pool and hot tub. The fairways was easy walking distance from foodland, tommy bahamas and the fairmont resort and beach…perfect.

Very comfortable

Had all amenities needed, close to beach, quiet, comfortable beds, A/C was nice. The only issue was with the manager at the Fairways. Apparently, they recently decided to lock the gate to get into the property and if there were multiple people staying with only one key it was irritating and if there was an evacuation it was difficult to get out.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, many Hawaii. Usually, as soon as you check in you start seeing differences between what was advertised vs reality. Not the case here. In fact, property exceeded expectaions un many ways. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked, good quality furniture, etc. Plus, location is ideal. Actually walking distance to shops on one side and Fairmont on the other. Would totally stay here again.
