Welcome to 15 South - Unit D — a 2-bedroom townhouse in Jacksonville Beach that sleeps 4 comfortably, just a 3-minute drive from the oceanWhether you're planning a family beach trip or a getaway with another couple, this two-story layout gives everyone room to spread out.

The first floor holds the kitchen, dining room, and living room — all open and connected. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking real meals: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with k-cups, a Nutri-bullet blender, olive oil, salt and pepper, and dish supplies. The dining area seats 4. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a sliding glass door leads out to a private paver patio with custom privacy fencing — a great spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Upstairs are both queen bedrooms, the shared bathroom, and the washer and dryer — all on the same level, which keeps nighttime logistics easy for families. Each bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress, luxury linens, and a sound machine. A pack and play is available for families traveling with infants.

The private patio is one of the best features here — fully fenced for privacy, it's a quiet outdoor space for longer stays when you want to grill out or relax without leaving home. The in-unit washer and dryer upstairs means families staying 5+ nights can pack lighter and not hunt for a laundromat. Free street parking right in front handles cars easily. Keyless entry and a guest portal mean no key exchange — you get arrival details in advance and let yourself in. The home is pet friendly, so the whole family can come.

Eleven South is a 5-minute walk — their mesquite-grilled sea bass is worth it on a summer evening. Whole Foods is also a 6-minute walk for grocery runs without moving the car. O-Ku Sushi (rooftop bar by the pier) and TacoLu (fish tacos and tequila) are each a short 3-4 minute drive. Mayo Clinic is 8 minutes by car, and TPC Sawgrass — host of THE PLAYERS Championship — is 13 minutes away if you're combining a golf trip with a beach stay.

Check-in is keyless and self-guided through the guest portal. WiFi is high-speed. Towels, bath linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided. Beach towels and laundry detergent are included. Note: this unit is currently listed for sale by the owner, which could potentially affect your stay. Nomad Hospitality will communicate any changes as soon as possible. Please note that the outdoor dining table referenced in older listings — confirm current status with us before booking if that detail matters to your group.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
