Luxury villa with pool close to the beach Casa Lefito was finished in 2023 and is a family holiday home in an ideal situation close to the beach and the center of Conil. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with open plan kitchen and cooking island and dining table for 8 guests. The sliding windows can be opened almost completely, so terrace and living room are united. There are sliding malloquin elements, if you want to protect the terrace from wind or sun or just have more privacy. The kitchen is from Porcelanosa and offers high standard details like an integrated extractor, cutlery from WMF and good knifes. There is another dining table on the terrace, a sofa to relax and an electric barbecue (Weber). The master bedroom (double bed 180cmx200cm) is on the first floor and has fantastic views to the sea. The balcony is the perfect spot for the first coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. In the generous bedroom you also find a desk to work and a shower room. Even from the shower, you have great views to the sea. In the souterrain are three more bedrooms, each with its own shower room. They all have large windows and access to a patio with lemons trees with a nice smell from their flowers in spring. Two bedrooms have double beds and a shower room ensuite and one has two singles and a shower room with access from the hall. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, so the house is very comfortable all year round. There is also fast internet connection by optical fibre. In the garden you will find an oliv tree and some other typical plants and the wonderful private swimming pool to refresh.
