A Getaway with an Ocean View<br>This bright and cozy two-room vacation apartment is located on the 13th floor and features a balcony. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and can relax and unwind. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is integrated into the combined living and dining area. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed (with two high-quality slatted frames and comfortable mattresses—160 cm x 200 cm). The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. Parking space included. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. <br><br>The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. Use of the balconies is generally permitted even during the breeding season.<br><br>There is a children’s playground on the premises, as well as a swimming pool located right next to it.<br>Use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay.<br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking apartments.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room vacation apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the first floor up to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by elevator or staircase. The elevator goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of them with a wonderful view of the sea. <br><br>The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain usable. <br>Please note that the apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible<br><br>A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.<br>There is a playground right on the premises, and the tennis court is available for a fee. <br><br>Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town center, and dining options are just 400 m away.
