directly on the lake - rowing boat and mooring included - Berlin outskirts

Studio 2 (up to 3 guests) with a separate bedroom with an extremely comfortable double bed (200 x 200), kitchen-living room with sofa corner and dining area and a bathroom with large shower is located on the ground floor of a renovated house next to Studio 1 on a 1,300 sqm lakeside property with a large garden with fruit trees, meadow and a bathing jetty. An additional comfortable folding bed (90 x 200 cm) or a cot can be provided on request. Children are very welcome. There is a sandbox and lots of play material in the garden for younger children, but also badminton or Viking chess.
A rowing boat, two bicycles and a cargo bike are available for free use. If you want to bring your own boat, you can use a mooring at the jetty free of charge.
There is an open-access washing machine in the barn, which is used by all residents.
The garden is shared. The garden is large enough for everyone to find a private spot. There is enough garden furniture which may be distributed individually.
Dogs on request! Please briefly state size and character in the booking request. Fighting dog breeds are generally excluded.
On request, breakfast can be provided for 10,- € / person.
On request, a warm meal (also vegan) can be offered for 20,- € / person.
On request a barbecue (also vegan) can be offered for 30,- € / person.

Wernsdorf and our house is located 600 m behind the Berlin city border (district Köpenick / Schmöckwitz). The tram 68 goes to Alt-Schmöckwitz and the bus 733 goes to the village, but on weekdays only hourly and on weekends only 5 times a day.
A car would therefore be an advantage.
We are happy to pick up our guests at the S-Bhf Grünau (S-Bahn runs day and night) by car and bring them back at the end of their stay. We charge 5,- € for one ride.
In Alt-Schmöckwitz there is a bike shop where bikes can be rented for 8,- € and children's bikes for 4,- € (Berlin, 4 km away). There is also a Rewe and Netto supermarket (Berlin, 4.5 km away). It takes about 45 minutes to get there on foot, 15 minutes by bike, 7 minutes by bus 733 + walk (timetable is in the room) and 5 minutes by car.
There is a baker in the village, open Monday-Saturday from 6-12. We always have a basic supply of groceries in stock, so shopping is also available from us. Tea and coffee are free for our guests. There is a small price list for drinks, wood, barbecue charcoal, etc., so that everyone puts something into the till at the end of their stay according to consumption.
